Carolyn Winkler grew up in a small farming community in Northern California and left home at 18. She has traveled the world and now lives in Portland, Oregon, where she creates and leads live and virtual personal growth events that inspire people to discover and be their Authentic Self.

Her personal goal is to create the most fun, effective, proven, fast, creative, self-directed programs available to help you follow internal guidance, find your authentic self and create a stronger more meaningful life. Her system for doing this is through Live and Virtual events, Short Powerful Books, Audio Messages and Tele-Trainings that motivate, inspire and transform.

As a life long learner, teaching and developing creative self-awareness events for over 10 years, she understands the importance of having proven practices easily available to help you go inside and discover more about yourself.

Tx so much for the foties. The workshop was amazing. Definitely one I have put on top of my list. I can so see a need for this process in my area + would like to share this workshop with so many others. So once my studio is up + ready (should be in 2months) I will invite others 2 join me.
I have been in contact with Brenda + have discovered so much more about both our paintings. I will NOT be burning mine but rather hanging it up. I have bought matt acrylic seal to paint over.
I feel so honored to have been given the opportunity to attend ur workshop!
I noticed the ELK was the first animal image to come through. Then the CROW. These I painted over + without realizing, the WOLF found his own way to me. How exciting!
After the workshop I came down with terrible flu, infact I am in bed trying to shoo away this “flu gremlin” before my youngest daughters 17th birthday dinner. Getting flu for me after a healing process is a good sign, as I always have a deep healing shift when this happens. So tx for bringing it on hahahaha. Glad u had a safe trip back. Look 4ward 2hearing from u soon!

Dear Carolyn
Thank you for an incredible experience. I loved every minute of it. It really made my spirit feel lighter after that week. My husband saw wolves in my painting! I’ve had a very exciting journey since then, ups and downs and lots of inspiration. I began another power painting on Thursday night. I am loving the experience. I want to paint on the same painting every day for a week …. Creating a sort of visual journal in paint…… I;ve added words and journaling to my painting… I’ll send you some pics when I’ve downloaded them. It’s a GREAT way to meditate and move through “stuff”..

She completed Core Shamanic Studies with renowned Anthropologist Michael Harner at the Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, CA. and Shamanic Counseling with Sandra Harner PhD, through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Mill Valley CA. Carolyn studied Process Work with Dr. Arnold Mindell, at both Lava Rock Clinic, Yachats, OR. and The Process Work Institute, Portland OR. She became certified in PSYCH-K® with Joan Cameron, Portland OR. and studied the Shadow Process with Debbie Ford through the Ford Institute For Integrated Coaching, San Diego CA. She studied Painting From The Source with Aviva Gould at Institute of Integral Studies, San Francisco, CA. and completed Clean Language and Symbolic Modeling training with Marion Way from Hampshire England at her 2008 training in Portland, Or . Before moving to Portland OR. she taught art in college and owned Winkler Contemporary Art Gallery in Sutter Creek, CA.
